Red Light Therapy is a non-invasive wellness treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to support the body’s natural recovery and regeneration processes. Commonly used to promote skin health, muscle recovery, circulation, relaxation, and overall wellbeing, the light penetrates deep into the body’s tissues to help support cellular energy production and recovery from physical and mental stress.
At Rejuven8, your Red Light Therapy session takes place in a private, calming treatment room designed for relaxation and recovery. During the 12-minute session, you’ll lie comfortably while the red and near-infrared light works to support recovery, skin health, and overall wellbeing. Protective goggles are provided for every guest, allowing you to fully switch off and enjoy a peaceful, non-invasive wellness experience.
