An ice bath, also known as cold water immersion, is a recovery therapy that involves immersing the body in cold water for a short period of time. Commonly used by athletes and wellness enthusiasts, ice baths help reduce muscle soreness, decrease inflammation, improve circulation, and support faster recovery after physical or mental stress. Beyond the physical benefits, cold exposure can also help build mental resilience, increase alertness, and leave you feeling refreshed, energised, and reset.
Step into a refreshing cold immersion experience at Rejuven8 designed to help you reset both physically and mentally. Expect cold water temperatures that stimulate circulation, boost energy levels, and support recovery, all within a calm and premium wellness environment. Fresh towels are provided for every guest, so you can simply arrive, recover, and leave feeling re-energised.
