Contrast therapy involves alternating between heat and cold exposure, typically using a sauna and ice bath, to stimulate circulation, support recovery, reduce muscle soreness, and help regulate the nervous system. The combination of hot and cold creates a powerful reset for both the body and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed, energised, and rebalanced.
